Hi everyone. This is just a quick note to tell you I changed my “display name” from reflectionsonlifethusfar to Natalya. I figured Natalya was easier to use and better than being addressed by my blog’s title. The name is Russian because I have a thing for Russian literature, mainly Dostoyevsky and Tolstoy and my name is also Russian (even though I’m not!). So if any of you were wondering about the name or thought I’d disappeared, there’s the explanation.

ยฉReflectionsonlifethusfar, 2012. (Guess I ought to change that to Natalya but I’ll start doing so in my next post).

Blogging my thoughts and feelings about mostly mental health, meditation and spirituality(non religious). Hoping to connect with other interesting people in the blogosphere. *The name is Russian and is my pseudonym.

  1. Ha ha, I just thought you had a guest blogger at first! ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. New name and new hope! I wish you healthy, wealthy and happy in the coming year!
    Cheers, Natalya!

  3. I noticed the name change – found the name to be very pretty in print and in sound – never knew the origins. Should have known Russian from the “ya”, Very pretty name. I salute you as Sydney has done, wishing you a blessed new year. Miriam

  4. I must have missed this during reader-gate and got ever so confused when I saw a new name commenting on my blog lol. Love the new name and it will be so much easier to actually say Hi now! Hi Natalya! ๐Ÿ˜› I’m still playing catch up on all the blogs I follow hope you’ve not had as many problems with it!

    • LOL, that’s okay. I had loads of trouble with the Reader for nearly three days or more. It was very frustrating. I started looking at posts via my e-mail to circumnavigate the Reader and avoid further crashes. I’m happy it’s working today!

      • There seemed to be no end of people having issues with it…I complained on the forum as did loads of others but didn’t realise it’s only staffed by volunteers who can simply flag it up for the paid support to look at. Was so happy when I found it working today too! Elyn (Artyelf) and I got quite giddy when we realised lol.

      • Haha, yeah I’m grateful it wasn’t only me. I thought I had trouble with my computer or the Norton 360 software. That stuff blocks more things than I care to mention. Glad the Reader is back up now ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. Oh it was nice to discover your blog! I have every thing about Russian classic literature and especially Dostoyevsky (all of his works) and Tolstoy’s spirituality. Nice! Will be following! ๐Ÿ™‚
